I used to think I was the only one, but tons of bloggers that I read regularly are complaining of the same problem.
Chronic Sinusitis.
I never had a problem with my sinuses until my first year in university, when I go the mother of all sinus infections. I thought I was dying. I laid on the sofas in the common TV room for three days before I could go to the clinic (of course I got sick on a Friday night...). And ever since, I have been blessed with sinusitis about 3 times a year.
My nose is not runny. My throat is fine. I don't have a fever. I just feel like someone has shot golfballs up my nose into my sinuses.
I take allergy medicine. I take decongestants. I take pain reliever. Even my friend NyQuil isn't so helpful. It was so bad last night, it was waking me up. It is seriously affecting my enjoyment of our new place.
I'm thinking of trying this:
Anybody else done it?

A neti pot? I can't say I've tried it myself, but I've heard nothing but good reviews. Me, I'm just afraid of having it go up my brain and giving me a stroke.
But yes, good things, I'm sure. :) Apparently you put salt water in it. It doesn't taste/feel very good, but you'll be clear and free.
yup, a neti pot. Really considering it, because I have had the headache now for two weeks.
Advil cold and sinus hasn't even made a dent in it. Ugh
hmmm maybe you should quit the coke habit Jules :)
all the best
Ray ;)
